Odis L. McManomy appeals the decision of the Tippecanoe County Court II finding him to be an habitual offender in violation of Ind.Code § 35-50-2-8. He raises two issues on appeal, which we consolidate and restate as whether there was sufficient evidence to support the jury's determination that McManomy is an habitual offender.1 We reverse and remand...
