¶ 1 George and Judy Frank, et al., (hereinafter "Franks") appeal from an order of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellow-stone County, denying their motion for relief from the court's Amended Judgment. The Franks contend that the District Court abused its discretion by denying their motion. We reverse and remand.
