Kise's (Kise) filed a Petition for Review of his termination as a member of the Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) program.1 The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (Department) and the Adjutant General of Pennsylvania's (Adjutant General) filed a Motion to Dismiss.
