Lee Wilson appeals the trial court's summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Wilson alleges that he is entitled to be resentenced under the 1994 guidelines pursuant to Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000), in case numbers 96-16274 and 97-6956.
