Among the issues on appeal are (1) whether under Uniform Superior Court Rule 19.1(G) a defendant, as opposed to the plaintiff, may pay the bill of costs needed to effectuate a transfer of a case ordered by the court, and (2) whether the evidence here supports the court's default judgment in favor of the defendant on its counterclaim.
