In this special proceeding to challenge a tax assessment, respondents have moved to dismiss the petition on the ground that petitioner failed to mail copies of the notice of petition and petition to the proper school district. Petitioner has opposed the motion and made a cross motion for an order granting a six-month period to commence a new action.
