¶ 1 Appellant Viktron/Lika Utah (Viktron) appeals the decision of the Appeals Board (Board) of the Utah Labor Commission (Commission), which ruled that "Viktron retaliated against [Joyce R. Wright] in violation of the Utah Antidiscrimination Act," see Utah Code Ann. §§ 34A-5-101 to -107 (Supp. 2001)1 and affirmed the Commission's award of damages to Wright. We...
