The plaintiff has filed a motion to remand in the above-captioned matter, in which Susan Bulloch, as parent and natural guardian of Lauren Bulloch, a minor, sues American Airlines (American) for loss of consortium. Plaintiff's father, Lawrence Bulloch, was injured in the crash of American Airlines flight 1420 at Little Rock, Arkansas, on June 1, 1999...
