A jury found Russell Williams guilty of obstruction of an officer, and the trial court sentenced him to 12 months probation, fined him, and required him to perform 120 hours of community service. Williams appealed his conviction, which this Court affirmed. Williams was then scheduled to report to his probation officer, but he failed to do so and was arrested.
