Plaintiff-Appellant, Dr. James V. Talano ("Talano"), appeals the district court's August 3, 2000 final order entering summary judgment in favor of Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation ("NMFF"). Talano also appeals the district court's December 27, 2000 denial of his Motion for Reconsideration.
