¶ 1. On May 16, 1991, Mrs. Jessie Wright filed a lawsuit against Paul Moak Pontiac, Inc. (Paul Moak) and Volvo Cars of North America (Volvo) for breach of warranty in the County Court of Hinds County, Mississippi.
