Ordered that the judgment is modified by (1) deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the provision awarding the defendant the sum of $45,000, representing 50% of the plaintiff's enhanced earning capacity, and substituting therefor a provision awarding the defendant the sum of $27,000, representing 30% of the plaintiff's enhanced earning capacity, and (2) deleting the provisions thereof valuing certain investment accounts...
