Opinion

BORDEN, J.

The dispositive issue of this appeal1 is whether the defendant, Jarrell Crawford, has presented a colorable claim of double jeopardy so as to permit him to pursue this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the charge of manslaughter in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-55 (a) (1).
