Ordered that the order is modified by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion which was for leave to enter a money judgment in the principal sum of $100,000, plus prejudgment interest, representing arrears in equitable distribution payments, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion; as so modified the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to the appellant, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court...
