Michael Lane appeals the District Court's1 order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Browning-Ferris Industries Waste Systems of North America, Inc. (BFI). Mr. Lane filed suit against BFI claiming disability discrimination in violation of Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12217. We affirm.
