SALCINES, Judge.

John Anthony Sheridan appeals his conviction for second-degree murder and asserts that the trial court erred when it failed to give the requested instruction for third-degree murder. We agree with his assertion, reverse the conviction, and admonish the prosecutor for his repeated misconduct during closing argument.
