Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of her medical malpractice suit as to defendants Corazon Ngo, M.D. (Ngo) and Onslow County Hospital Authority (OCHA) pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1A-1, Rules 12(b)(6) and 9(j). For the reasons stated below, we reverse the trial court's dismissal.
