Appellants Terrance Wojtowicz and his employer, Wrecker Services, Inc., dispute the trial court's summary judgment that the City of Minneapolis and Jonathan Kingsbury, the police officer who drove its vehicle, have immunity with respect to appellants' claim for indemnity and contribution in a personal-injury action initiated by another officer who was a passenger in the police vehicle.<...
