Defendant was convicted of first-, second-and fourth-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping, and first degree burglary. ORS 163.185; ORS 163.175; ORS 163.160; ORS 163.235; ORS 164.225. The trial court imposed consecutive sentences on defendant's convictions, for a total of 790 months' imprisonment. On appeal, defendant asserts that the trial court erred in calculating his sentence, and further argues that the error is apparent on the face of the record...
