Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to defendants on plaintiff's action to recover under a bond obtained by a grain dealer pursuant to the Grain Dealers Act, M.C.L. § 285.61 et seq.; MSA 12.119(1) et seq. We affirm.
