Kevin Brogan was the assistant treasurer of a Michigan corporation, from whom he misappropriated, through means of a fraudulent wire transfer, the sum of $7.9 million. Brogan pled guilty to one count of bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, and was sentenced to 57 months in prison.
