The plaintiff, Ellen McGinty, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion of the defendant, John McGinty, to modify visitation with respect to the parties' minor child. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court (1) committed plain error by hearing motions to modify the visitation order without the participation of counsel for the minor child and (2) abused its discretion by modifying the visitation order...
