We granted an application to appeal in this matter in order to consider whether the trial court erred by construing a divorce decree provision that requires the appellee to pay for his daughter to attend a state-supported university to mean that the appellee has to pay only an amount equal to the cost of tuition at a state-supported university located in Georgia.
