A jury found Defendant Appellant, Roquel Allen Carter, guilty of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d). The district court denied Carter's motions for judgment of acquittal and a new trial and sentenced him to eighty-four months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release.
