Nebraska Beef, Ltd. ("Nebraska Beef"), decided to renovate and expand a slaughtering and beef processing facility. It hired JB Contracting, Inc. ("JB"), as general contractor. JB subcontracted with ABC Electric, Inc. ("ABC"), to provide electrical work on the project.
