Plaintiff corporation brought this action alleging claims for breach of a lease and for unfair and deceptive practices. Plaintiff, which operates the Varsity Theater in Chapel Hill, alleged that it entered into a written lease agreement with defendant Cecil W. Robbins and his wife, Eloise S.
