Plaintiff corporation brought this action alleging claims for breach of a lease and for unfair and deceptive practices. Plaintiff, which operates the Varsity Theater in Chapel Hill, alleged that it entered into a written lease agreement with defendant Cecil W. Robbins and his wife, Eloise S. Robbins, on 24 November 1982, pursuant to which plaintiff leased the Varsity Theater and certain common areas located at the Sorrell Building, 123 East Franklin...
