Plaintiff-Appellant Kamphuis Pipeline Co. ("Kamphuis") sued the Lake George Regional Sewer District ("Lake George") under Indiana's Municipal Public Works Statute. The district court granted Lake George's motion for summary judgment because Kamphuis failed to comply with the statute's notice provisions, and Kamphuis appeals. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
