Three employees of the Eagle Food Center, having a boatload of complaints against Eagle, have brought a hodgepodge of unrelated employment discrimination claims which the district judge dismissed on summary judgment in three separate, lengthy decisions of 28, 33, and 40 pages. Upon reconsideration, the judge once again found that the cases should be dismissed. The unhappy employees appeal.
