Richard, Petit, and Hall (defendants) appeal from their respective convictions and sentences imposed after a jury returned guilty verdicts for conspiracy, bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, money laundering, and securities fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 152, 1314, 1956(a)(1)(A)(i), 1956(a)(1)(B)(i), 1957, and 15 U.S.C. § 77q.
