The instant dispute is over a ¾-acre, wedge-shaped parcel of land in the Town of Stillwater, Saratoga County, situated on the easterly boundary of plaintiff's property, acquired by her in 1974, and the westerly boundary of defendants' property, acquired by them in 1966.
