The sole issue in these interlocutory appeals is whether an independent clinical social worker licensed under G. L. c. 112, § 131 (LICSW), is "a provider of health care" entitled to a medical malpractice tribunal under G. L. c. 231, § 60B. We conclude that LICSWs are not entitled to a malpractice tribunal under G. L. c. 231, § 60B, and order that the plaintiff's motion to quash the defendants' requests...
