JONES, Judge.

Plaintiff/appellant, Dr. Robert Smith Larimer, appeals the judgment of the district court, and seeks supervisory writs to review the judgment of the district court. The district court granted the defendants' Peremptory Exception of No Cause of Action and No Right of Action. Following a review of the record, we reverse the judgment of the district court and remand for further proceedings.
