I. INTRODUCTION

Peter and Nancy Hutton purchased real estate in February 1992. In February 1997 they discovered that the real estate violated zoning laws. They filed suit against the seller's listing agents in January 1999. The trial court dismissed the complaint on statute of limitations grounds. The Huttons appeal.
