In this State Grand Jury prosecution, Juan Carlos Vasquez was convicted of conspiracy to traffic in 400 or more grams of cocaine in violation of S.C.Code Ann. § 44-53-370(e)(2)(e) (Supp.1999) and sentenced to thirty years imprisonment and a $200,000 fine.
