Appellant, Jose Moreno Cabrerizo, appeals an adverse summary final judgment. We affirm.

On March 3, 1997, Cabrerizo and Appellee Fortune International Realty [Fortune] entered into a written exclusive Real Estate Listing Agreement [Agreement] for the sale of Cabrerizo's home.
