This is an original petition for a writ of prohibition challenging a district court order that denied a motion to quash service of process for lack of personal jurisdiction. Petitioner has filed a motion for a stay of the district court proceedings pending resolution of the petition so that it will not be forced to risk making a general appearance by answering the complaint filed against it.
