Tim Bottolfson was charged with one count of terroristic threats, pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-311.01 (Reissue 1995), and one count of use of a weapon to commit a felony, pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-1205 (Reissue 1995).
