Third party plaintiff, John Eitmann, Jr., individually and on behalf of his minor child (Eitmann) appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of his insurer, co-defendant and third party defendant, Scottsdale Insurance Company (Scottsdale), dismissing the third party petition by Eitmann against Scottsdale. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
