Douglas Brown, the plaintiff/appellant, filed suit against Bunge Corporation (Bunge) alleging discrimination on the basis of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and alleging state law tort claims of negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract. The district court granted Bunge's motion for summary judgment and dismissed Brown's claims...
