GERNON, J.:

Kevin Thomas appeals his conviction of possession of cocaine. He raises probable cause issues surrounding the search which provided the basis of the charges against him.

Thomas was stopped for a traffic violation. Deputy Sheriff Cooper discovered there was an outstanding warrant out for Thomas and arrested him. On the way to jail, Cooper noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from Thomas.
