This matter now is before the Court on (1) the government's motion to admit the grand jury testimony of Venerable Man Ho and Venerable Yi Chu because of their unavailability for trial; and (2) defendant's motion to dismiss certain counts of the indictment or, in the alternative, to suppress all evidence derived from Man Ho and Yi Chu on the ground that these witnesses would provide exculpatory information...
