Appellant challenges a district court order denying his motion for an injunction barring a sheriff's execution sale of appellant's real property. Appellant asserts that the district court erroneously interpreted the homestead exemption when it concluded that a parcel of his land that is noncontiguous with the parcel on which his home is situated is not covered by the exemption.
