Jeffrey J. Jacobs appeals his felony conviction for violating a domestic violence no-contact order. Jacobs argues the trial court erred in ruling that: (1) he lacked standing to object to the warrantless search of the victim's residence; (2) "a No Contact Order trumps [Jacobs'] privacy interests when [Jacobs] was located in a residence not listed in the No Contact Order"; and (3) the warrantless search was justified by the emergency exception to the warrant...
