¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence, as made final by the denial of post-sentencing motions,1 entered after Appellant, Charles Palmer, was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol.2 For the reasons set forth below, we vacate the judgment of sentence, reverse the suppression ruling and remand for further proceedings.
