¶ 1. The claimant alleged that he suffered an injury to his back in the course of his employment. It was uncontroverted that the claimant had a back problem. Its source was the issue. The Commission found that substantial evidence supported that his injuries were not job related. On appeal the claimant, who is a Cuban native, alleges that his difficulty with speaking English explains why coworkers and supervisors were unaware...
