Nancy Hogan underwent surgery for a torn rotator cuff at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Her anesthesiologist mistakenly administered an interscalene block directly into her spinal cord and, as a result, she suffers from severe and disabling injuries. Ms. Hogan settled with her anesthesiologist, Dr. Stuart Fealk, and Physicians Anesthesia Group, P.S., for his insurance policy limits of $2 million.
