This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, South Milwaukee Savings Bank v. Barczak, 229 Wis.2d 521, 600 N.W.2d 205 (Ct.App. 1999), which reversed the summary judgment granted in favor of the clerk of circuit court by the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, Lee E. Wells, Judge.1
