The defendant, Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company (Mutual of Omaha), submits a motion seeking an order granting summary judgment dismissing the complaint of the plaintiff, Deborah Brust (Brust). The defendant, Continental Casualty Company (Continental), also submits a motion seeking an order granting summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint.
