We review, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 757.91, the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the judicial conduct panel concerning the judicial misconduct of the Hon. Lawrence Waddick, circuit judge for Washington county, and the panel's recommendation that Judge Waddick be suspended from judicial office for 60 days as discipline for that misconduct. The misconduct consisted of Judge Waddick's recurring delay in deciding cases between 1991...
