Sung Wan Jun and Jung Soon Jun (collectively, "appellants") obtained a $1.72 million judgment against Risto Miikkulainen ("Miikkulainen") and sought to satisfy it in a direct action against Lloyds. They appeal from a judgment of the district court denying their motion for summary judgment and granting Lloyds' motion for summary judgment.
